We are a local, family owned retail florist, operating in Oregon's mid-Willamette Valley since 1983. We take pride in the fact that we have an actual storefront and work with fresh flowers everyday. You can be reassured that when you place an order with The White Rose, you are placing an order with a real florist, not merely an order-taking operation. We are also connected with other florists world-wide through Teleflora, the largest and one of the best Wire Services in the country. When we send your order, we connect personally with another trusted Teleflora member, and not an impersonal clearinghouse. We are also members of the Society of American Florists. In addition we have one of the most awarded design staffs in the area, at both State and regional levels. We deliver elegance, to Albany, Corvallis, Tangent, and Shedd, Oregon with 100% satisfaction guaranteed.

Open Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Pacific Time), We are closed on  Saturdays and Sundays.

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 1 day(s) prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

A local  (In Albany, Oregon) delivery fee of $13.95 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)

U.S. orders must be received before 12:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day. Local orders (delivered by us) by 12:00 p.m. for same day delivery.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it. For an additional fee, we will make exceptions. Please call us for the special delivery fee schedule.

We are unable to make deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays. Deliveries requested on these days will be delivered the following business day.

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses will incur addtional fees. Please call us for this fee schedule.

We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

If you open an account on our site or make a purchase, we need your contact information including your name, e-mail address and mailing address to complete your transaction.
